Minor
ergonomic adjustments (to pedal spacing, gear lever angle, etc.) are usually free of charge.
With
just a handful of hand built cars produced every month, Census offers
truly affordable exclusivity with the buyer having massive freedom in
specifying colour, trim, control layout, option fit, etc. FBS Cars has
no inflexible packages or limited colour ranges. Every
customer so far has had their own requests for non-standard features,
most of which we have met so please ask. Some
things we have done are:
Interiors
The
leather seats, transmission tunnel trims and gaiters can be in pretty
much any colour you can find leather in.
You
can choose almost any steering wheel and gear knob you can
find.
The
dash can be trimmed in alcantara (as on prototype 3) or leather (TBC).

Warranties
Breakdown:
-
One
year no quibble warranty against mechanical and electrical breakdowns
(24,000 mile / 2 year engine warranty backed by Ford).

Extended
warranty, £495 per year for years two and three.

All
warranties to include recovery service .

All
warranties subject to correct scheduled servicing by either FBS Cars or a
suitable service centre.

Exclusions:
glazing, tyres, brake pads, wiper blades, consumable fluids
Corrosion:

Servicing
and Ford warranty work can be at either FBS or, by arrangement, with a
convenient Ford dealer.

Crash
repairs and non-Ford warranty work at FBS.

labour rate £50 per hour plus VAT.
Finance,
Trade-In and Insurance

can offer finance through Nova
Vehicle Finance, a member of the Hitachi Credit group of companies.

can accept your trade-in vehicle as part of the payment package.

Both
Royal & Sun Alliance and Privilege have insured Census' for private
customers at sensible premiums. Excessive security measures have not been
demanded. Multiple drivers and business use have been covered.
